Our Policy

Lasts 14 days from the day the merchandise has been delivered to you.

If the 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, stored in a temperature not exceeding 25°C and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should email us at info@madlyyoursnaturals.com, we will revert back to you with a mailing address to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refundable amount will automatically be credited to our eGift service and a voucher code will be sent to you by email, within 14 days. This will grant you a purchase chance again from our website.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if a manufacturing defect is established. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@madlyyours.com, we will revert back to you with a mailing address to send the item back.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
